A slower 60-minute practice, designed to improve mobility, release tension and create more ease in the body.
Expect a relaxed mix of gentle movement and longer-held stretches, with time to explore range of motion, settle into each posture and move at your own pace. The focus is on creating space in the body, easing areas of tightness and encouraging more comfortable, fluid movement.
